There is a little more room with this unit than staying in the lodge, and it's nice to park right next to the unit. Very clean and up to date.We did have a problem with the lighting. It seemed that a ceiling fan light was out, and we couldn't get it to come on with the remote or with a wall switch. We called for maintenance. It was never fixed and we didn't receive any feedback as to why.

Nice clean place. Only observation is that you don’t really have a view even though you’re on the golf course. The deck overlooks the parking lot and not the golf course.

This was a great place to stay a few days and explore Durango and Silverton. The location was awesome!
