This was an amazing place to stay, even when the summer heat can be overwhelming. The pool was spectacular, and there were lots of other activities to keep the grandchildren excited and busy, ranging from 4 to 15 years old. We had a little family Olympics with events in pool, fussball, ping pong, golf, chess, and even our own Nerf target practice. I think the only thing we didn't do was the hot tub, obviously perhaps. You will love this place!

The property was excellent! The kitchen was stocked for all of our uses. Pool was wonderful! Our family was all very very happy! WE celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with all our kids and grandkids and it was perfect! Thank you

The house was great for a big group. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed the king beds for adults and bunks for kids. The house is VERY clean and well cared for- even the grill! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and located in a great spot for all the things we wanted to do. The backyard and amenities inside and out were very fun. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any issues/questions (the pool needed some mechanical attention and it was dealt with promptly). Cons: the thermostat can’t be set below 72, understandable for the AZ heat but overnight was a little uncomfortable sleeping, there is an alarm on every door to the backyard that goes off anytime the door is opened- also a great a safety feature for little kids but it is very loud and with a large group people are always going in and out. Would be nice to have the option to disarm if you have older kids/adults only. The rooftop patio furniture seemed a little tired compared to the other outdoor furniture but it wasn’t a space we utilized so it was not a big deal. Overall it was fantastic home by a well run rental company. Would definitely return.

Great outdoor space but property needs some attention to detail. Need to offer guests new pool towels, new towels in general, more than one garage door opener, clean bathrooms thoroughly, gas stove needs to be checked, Kelly clicking. Basically the house is more of a party house and seen better days.
