I believe most people give 4 or 5 star ratings either because they don't want to receive a bad rating themselves or they are satisfied with the accommodations so they simply give 5 stars. In this case, Helena and Michael truly deserve a 5 star rating. The home looks exactly as in the pictures, it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! What was most impressive was that the kitchen was pretty much fully stocked (cooking and baking) and they provided so many amenities. My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed for two and a half weeks and they provided enough toiletries, laundry/dishwasher detergents to last the entire trip. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the primary had its own TV and private balcony. A coffee bar (keurig and drip - coffee provided), tea cart (several tea flavors), BBQ, huge backyard with a nice deck to hang out, use of the garage and medical supplies were also great perks. Fantastic communication (we did have a water leak and Michael came out to investigate immediately) and easy check in/out. On top of that, 5 min walk to the grocery store, coffee shop and lots of restaurants. Thanks for hosting us Helena and Michael and we will see you next year!

Fantastic property. Everything was clean and as expected. Contact with the host was quick and easy. Located walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also very lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

All the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of furniture for lounging. Deck furniture and access to this space was a nice change to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Every kitchen gadget you’d ever need is provided.Driveway, garage parking(big trucks don’t fit) and Off street parking also make this a very convenient plus. Thank you :)
