I filed several complaints on the app and no one ever reached out. The seafood restaurant was the worst we spent an hour before we got part of our food no one came to get our order until my husband had to talk to someone. We got up and got our own silverware several time. We rented a car and ate out most of the time. This hotel is not for someone with a special occasion this is more of you want just a place to sleep. Service is almost non existent. Grand Park Cancun is by far better.
