2nd time staying at the property! Perfect way to spend NYE!

The house was very clean. Well decorated. Kitchen was pretty nice. Beautiful location. Had a number of asks upon checkout- more than usual such as strip the beds, start a load of laundry, take the garbage out, bring the bin back in from the street, etc.

This place was in a great location to access Traverse city and everything the leelanau peninsula has to offer. However, the place, while immaculately clean, is not updated and doesn’t seem worth the price we paid for it. The yard appeared to be fenced in at first glance but we soon saw that the gate was broken so we couldn’t let our pup out. The beds were uncomfortable and the kitchen could have been better stocked. Also, the downstairs shower was broken so we essentially had access to 1.5 showers rather than the 2 listed. Not a bad place but lots of room for improvement!
