Very close access to things!

The mountain view was gorgeous. The room accommodations were good to meet our needs. This location would definately be concerning if you have small children, for safety concerns with the back yard. The step down into the living room should be noted for details about the home for people whom may rent and have physical disabilities. Though an inconvenience, the cleanliness concerns were addressed by the host and additional towels were provided. The home needs some work and additional tender loving care. The mechanical concerns we had in regards to the home were addressed personally with the host and we appreciated his receptiveness of the criticism. But overall we had a good experience.

Wonderful stay. We enjoyed the home, the pool and the beautiful view of the mountains, We enjoyed the fountain in Fountain Hills and amazing sunrises. Would certainly consider coming back on another trip to the area.

Very nice house. Great view of the sunrise. Communication about arrival poor. Was a hassle getting the door code & Wi-Fi. Remote batteries were dead. They need to upgrade the cookware to nonstick. More washcloths, kitchen washcloths and dish towels. Would stay again if things were upgraded.
