Everything was great and I would absolutely stay here again. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood and what’s really unique is the way this house is positioned you can see the sunrise and sunset from the multi level decks. Owners/management contact were very responsive! I stayed with a family member and it was nice as she had the bottom floor with a bedroom and I had the upper floor so we had our own space when we wanted. A few minor things would be great to enhance the property such as having a charging hub in every bedroom instead of just one, having more hand towels (none found on the upper level), and figuring out why the upper bathroom slider squeaks so loudly. The final enhancement would be to make the pool are way more inviting. The umbrella was crooked and hard to put up, the cushions are in need of replacement or a good cleaning and the big round couch thing that has a shade you can pull up was unusable because the shade was ripped and destroyed. I would have loved to have spent some time reading and lounging by the pool. The pool itself was great so wish we could have done more of that. All in all I would recommend and I would stay again.

The house is updated, with nice furniture and floors. It is nice to have an overflow area for kids downstairs. Took a bit of getting used to the spiral staircase down to the master bedroom. Too bad the pool doesn't work - we would pay to heat it if it was an option. We wold rent it again.

This house was a perfect home base for us when in the Mesa area for baseball. It had several great amenities (pool, cornhole, shuffleboard) that entertained our kids, which saved us $ on entertainment. The icemaker in the kitchen was SUPER helpful too!

The pool wasn’t heated which isn’t explained on the profile. On the profile the first picture is the pool, but it was unusable and dirty. We picked the house for the pool for our kids. The location is good, no other complaints. Quiet and safe and plenty of amenities nearby and Fountain Hills is a nice town. When we got to talk to someone from Evolve (the management company) live they told us we should research the location better for suitability for outdoor swimming which was insulting. Don’t advertise a pool if it’s not useable. We wont ever do VRBO in an Evolve property again.
