Great place and great location. House has everything one would need. The only issue is the lighting. Too many bulbs are apparently burnt out both inside and outside.

The property was amazing....very clean, ample room. Lovely grounds, beautiful scenery.

The place was perfect for out spring break getaway! The backyard felt like we were in a high-end resort. We paid to have the pool and spa heated and it was most definitely worth it. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

There were a few issues. The master bed is extremely firm. It almost feels like you’re sleeping on the floor, I thought this issue might be ‘no-go’ for some people. We also had a problem with not enough towels & washcloths but the owners immediately fixed this issue. They were very helpful. More issues: low to the ground couch, and odd placement of the main Television. Also, a few lights were out by the pool, as well as the back door would not lock, The ping pong table also broke during our stay, but we fixed it. It was so much fun to play ping pong, so that’s a big bonus. The house is just sooo gorgeous & same with the backyard. We love the pool and all of the vegetation that surrounds it. There was a gorgeous pair of butterflies and a hummingbird, which was delightful. The trees do shed in the pool, but it’s easy to fix. They have a huge net that you can scoop the pool with. We’ve stayed at 4 different houses in Palm Springs over the last 10 years because we love to vacation there and this is the first time that we had issues, but we still had a wonderful stay!
