Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home suited our family perfectly! (10 adults and 3 children - four married couples + two singles). We had a great time! Quality and care is evident throughout this home. The rooms and common areas are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. A highlight for everyone was being close to the beach (vs our last stay in Duck). You will not be dissapointed.

Walking on Sunshine was a great house to rent for the week! All of the small touches made a big difference! Our family of 12 had plenty of space in this house. Access to the beach and the sound are both equally convenient!

Fantastic location and house! We could easily bike ride into Duck and walk to the beach (5 minutes from the door to the sand and no wild stairs!) We loved the pool and hot tub and all of the bed rooms were top notch. We highly recommend this house!

Reviewer Comments: Thinking that we were going to "Walking on Sunshine" at Topsail Island, we were surprised to be in Duck for a great week in an outstanding house with large rooms, a pool table and a swimming pool. Only one problem: the stairs to the pool area do not have handrails..one of us fell but is OK.
