Our family of 10 stayed at this beautiful beach house for a week, and it exceeded our expectations! There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and having a TV in every bedroom and living space was a great bonus. The home is beautifully updated, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. It's just a short walk to the beach, with convenient private neighborhood access that made getting there quick and easy. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including beach gear and bikes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we had a small maintenance issue, the host responded quickly and had it taken care of right away. This home made our vacation truly perfect, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped beach getaway!

We enjoyed a lovely week on Duck at Fade Away Cay. There were 2 families with kids aged 10-15. The house was clean, updated and well situated, walking distance to the beach and a short distance from town. The owner was accessible and helpful. We will be back!

Ryan was the nicest host we’ve ever had. He wanted us to have a 10/10 experience and we did. Beach is amazing and close. Golf cart was so easy. Everything is top of the line. Highly recommend.

We loved the house. It is beautiful. The grandkids loved the pool. We have been to this area before and your house has been the best. I would definitely recommend staying there.
