Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our family of 4 adults and 3 children had a great time at SGI staying in "Catch the Wave". We especially enjoyed the beach front property and the spacious bedrooms, screened porch and deck. The only problem was the slow internet and kitchen lights which the management tried to fix but needed info from the owners so we just dealt with dim lighting in the kitchen area. The house was clean and well furnished and Suncoast was easy to work with.

Absolutely wonderful! We would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: We loved the easy check in, clean place, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and of course the waterfront location on the beautiful gulf coast!

The location was fabulous. Having stayed in many VRBO properties, I found this property had only a minimum of kitchen offerings. Few pans, only 1 garbage bag, no foil, or salt/pepper, for example. The oven was dirty. It would have been nice to have beach chairs and towels… that all shared we had a great time on St George Island.
