Very helping staff, especially the girl at the front desk answers to all of our requests. We stayed for 2 nights, 5km drive to the lion rock, perfect breakfast!

The draining in the bath is too slow, whenever someone take a shower there is a flood in the washroom.

All ok and what you would expect for cost,

While the entrance looks quite messy, the interior with the huge pool garden looks very nice and is a great space to just chill. The rooms are very large and well equipped, beds are nice, shower great, airco fine.

The pool was very dirty and the filtering was turned off, it felt like a chemical bath. The restaurant only does indoor seating which is a shame because you're looking at this fantastic garden and you're sitting in the cold. The food was ok but we avoided eating there whenever we could. The main problem is that the staff was rather passive. We arrived, took a while for them to recognize new guest entered. Pool towels don't get restocked, the pool was dirty and didn't get cleaned except once in the morning, and while eating nobody came to offer drinks or water. But then again there's dozens of staff pretending to be very busy and there were hardly any guest
