This property is beautiful and spacious. Walking distance to stores , gas station, restaurants. We had a great time enjoying the swimming pool. Maria is always available great host.

Pictures of the property do not give it any justice. The house is huge. The pool is huge. Parking is great. Everything is enclosed really nice neighborhood.

Great location for a stay. The pool was great. 4 of the patio chairs were broken. Could have been thrown out or get them fixed. But to leave them on the property broken, just looks bad. The house was GREAT. A minor thing, but the house could be cleaner. Very dusty, doors and light switches could certainly use a wiping, lots of dust and debris in corners and under furniture. As far as Robbie and Maria, very responsive. Easy to deal with. There was no hairdryer in the rental, had one there the next day after mentioning it to them. The fridge quit working, wasn’t long after we sent a message , the repairman was there to fix the problem. All in all, the 9 of us would stay there again.

Location was excellent if you want to be near the San Patricio area. Spacious size and layout of the home was perfect for 4 couples. Kitchen and living areas were very large. The reasons why I didn't rate them a 5 are: 1) multiple live & dead roaches in two of the bedrooms, which seemed to have been recently fumigated but with no follow-up cleaning before our arrival; 2) one of the bedrooms had a strong, bad odor we couldn't get rid of, despite multiple applications of air freshener; and 3) no hot water for showers. If attention is given to these matters, the property would rate a 5.
