The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The home itself was very charming. There are a lot of maintenance issues: Sliding door will not lock, keyless entry pad did not work(called after hours emergency # with no response) pot under sink to catch leak, mold on fridge water and ice dispenser, smoke detectors missing, screened in porch could use a good cleaning. Beach items broken or missing. Flat tires on bikes. Again, this property was lovely but needs some maintenance attention. Cleaning needs some improvement as well.

Reviewer Comments:
This house was the perfect set up for our quick weekend away. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil you could imagine. The walk to the beach is quick. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. We love that we could bring our dog. We would definitely come back again.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a great time at Broadkill Beach. The house was the perfect size for our group (8 adults) and just a short walk to a quiet beach and the general store. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, kayak, bikes are all available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking necessities. The linen rental service was OK, and it's possible the comforters and bathmats are not washed between guests as they are not collected.

We stayed at the house for a long weekend and had a great time. The kayaks were a big hit with the kids! The house was clean and a perfect rental.
