We loved our visit to this property. It's an older home with some nice upgrades. The kitchen had all the basic supplies you would need but it's not overly stocked as I've seen at some other places we've stayed. But it definitely had the basics. We loved using the bicycles and fishing rods. It was in a quiet area which was very peaceful. The house was clean enough, but not perfect. However, we felt so comfortable there and really enjoyed our time. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Very happy with our stay at 6 California avenue. We had 6-8 people and 2 dogs during our stay and it was super comfortable with the big bedrooms and the huge kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would want. It was such a short walk to the beach and it was so nice that the house had several beach chairs/bikes and a beach wagon. I highly recommend the place!

The rental had an excessive amount of flies in the house and we had to buy fly strips to place around to keep them off the food. The cleaning was sub-par and we kept finding dog hair every time we swept. Carpet should be cleaned in the master bedroom. We found a pair of prescription glasses and left them on the counter.

The house was in a great location and very pet friendly! It could have been cleaner, when we arrived there were dirty dishes in the oven. Also there was a very strong varnish smell in the downstairs, we couldn't stand to sleep down there. The oven does not close properly so ever time we used it we had to hold the door closed. Overall it's a nice house and we would come back, hopefully they can fix some of the issues.
