We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's a great building with an excellent beach setup right next to Schooners, our favorite beach bar. The location is perfect and the beach access is beautiful. The bedroom was outstanding. The mattress is high quality and very comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the bunkbeds were perfect for our kids. They loved them. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, and we appreciated that the elevator is nearby but on the other side of the unit, so we never heard it.Everything in the condo was new and up to date. The Wi Fi and TVs work great, and all the remotes were right there. The kitchen has nice details you don't always find in rentals, like salt, pepper, and a working dishwasher and garbage disposal. The refrigerator kept everything cold and the floors never had that sandy feeling. Even the toaster worked great. We spent time at St. Andrews State Park and enjoyed exploring the beach. The value is excellent for what you get. This place is highly rated for a reason, and now I understand why. My kids had an amazing time and we'll definitely be back.

Very comfortable and clean condo with amazing views. Enjoyed our stay!
