The condo was wonderful!

Condo was absolutely beautiful as pictured and the view was amazing! The storage room with extra chairs/umbrellas was a perfect bonus as well and helped us so much. We loved everything about our stay and only wished it lasted longer. The host were great too and so polite and helpful.

We can’t say enough great things about this condo and the outstanding experience of booking with Mike and Lisa. This was our second stay at the property, and it certainly won’t be our last. From the moment you walk through the door, you know you made the right choice. The condo is exactly as advertised—beautifully appointed, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. Communication throughout the entire process was prompt, friendly, and seamless.Mike and Lisa consistently provide a first-class experience, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next stay. If we could give more than five stars, we would. 12 out of 10!

We really enjoyed our stay at Broadmoor 1004. We picked this unit primarily due to the location and the height (10th story) for the Ocean View. We were not disappointed at all, and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing views from the living room windows, master bedroom and the private balcony. Bonuses we were not expecting were the incredibly convenient reserved parking spaces very close to the elevators, and the super short walk from the elevator to the beach. It was what we were hoping for and more. Keypad entry without having to go to a rental office was a real plus. Communication with the hosts was easy. Prompt responses every time we reached out to them. Highly recommend this beauty property.
