Location was excellent only 1 minute to the Flora-Bama Lounge which was our favorite place to go. Excellent live music and drinks. Our condo was on the 12th floor and enjoyed coffee on the balcony and listening to the ocean every morning. We were not informed that the pool would not be unavailable the week we were there and was very disappointed as the pool was the deciding factor in choosing this condo. The carpet were disgustingly filthy with large stains - some were even black! So gross. Would definitely not recommend this condo for small children as we had to wear our flip flops the entire time due to how dirty the carpets were. Also be sure to read the guide carefully as what they supply is very limited. Be prepared to either pack or buy very basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry supplies, and dishwasher tabs. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this one supplied the bare minimal supplies. Don’t forget to pack a hairdryer!.

The condo was clean but in need of some TLC. The tv in the living room wouldn’t work, there is chipping paint and cracks all over the unit. The curtains in the master bedroom were stained and some couldn’t be closed or opened. There was very little water pressure in the kitchen sink which made washing dishes or just cleaning up the sink very difficult. This unit is in dire need of updating compared to others in this same building.
