Reviewer Comments:
Several improvements at check-in and check-out that make the process easier-lock box, enmail instructions, etc. The owner of 955-203 needs to upgrade property and make it more user friendly. TV was upgraded at my request thanks to Marilyn Golded. The carpet had many stains. The outside lights were out-l replaced one on each side to allow outside sitting. The bathroom toilet flushing was intermittent? I repaired a shower curtain clip that had been repaired before. After dusting and vacuuming floor all was good. I enjoy Lattera and appreciate the personal and THEIR HELP during my stay. I hope to return next year. Permanent occupants and other guests are friendly. It’s a nice place to be.
