The house was perfect for our needs. The downstairs apartment could house a whole family alone ! It was a perfect additional space. Jeremy was quick to reply to all my questions prior to my visit. Both decks on the front and back of the house were used for times of desired sun/shade. And the Carolina porch was pleasant during a very windy 24 hours! The kitchen had everything we needed, was spacious and open to the living space. So many good things to say! Happy happy for the week we spent here. Would definitely return!

Family of 9 plenty of space with access to the beach and canal. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances! (Some of the teflon cookware has seen better days ) but the toaster / toaster oven , griddle for pancakes and coffee machine were all clean and in good working condition! The front load Washer and dryer were nice! Cons a sectional couch or additional chairs/seating in the living room would be nice. Downstairs the couch recliners not working was a disappointment, and the bed definitely needs an upgrade (be ready to go to your chiropractor) if anyone other than a child sleeps on that mattress. All in all nice property! Enjoyed our stay! On The dock a ladder for accessing the canal would be nice also , and a foot washing station in the outdoor shower.

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was just like the pics! Very clean! Owner was nice and quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely rent again!
