Cleanliness, location, style and staff

Loved the colour palette and design on the rooms, as well as the location. It was also pretty quiet.

Feels like we were bumped into a back room without any real outlook even though we'd been upgraded through booking.com, and after discussing the potential outlooks with staff prior to booking we were quite underwhelmed. WE stayed three nights and hoped to have a nicer room. Also, the TV's have a huge data lag, don't show a tv guide on the bottom of the screen, and channels are very limited which was a little frustrating.

Stayed in M Galleries all over the world and this one falls short. Single glazing in rooms onto one of Sydney's busiest streets. Seriously? F&B...a disaster in offering and complete failure in staff ability and supervision. No clue whatsoever. Very poor service. Limited and cheap alcohol choices. Also, web site shows dining venue options that no longer exist. Room controls via a convoluted ipad. Seriously? Sometimes a switch does the job easier.Tv channels kept freezing, couldn't adjust tv volume, curtain control hard to adjust. The lights glowing away when you want no light. Who are these people that install glowing light switch pads and thermostats that continue to emit light when they are turned off???
