Enjoyed our stay so much! Rooms were clean, plenty of space for larger families and we enjoyed the private pool so much. Games for families in the upper unit even with a vinyl record player and records. The kids had a blast. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best homes we have rented on Fernandina Beach! It has everything you’ll need for your stay on Amelia Island. Plenty of space and privacy, beautiful view of the beach with private beach access, a fabulous new pool (which can be heated during cool weather and cooled during the heat of the summer) as well as an entertainment area. The host family goes through the trouble of making sure your stay is comfortable and fun. I highly recommend you try to get on their calendar. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved staying here. Amy was an amazing host. Great decor, super clean, great pool, easy beach access, and very comfortable furniture. Would definitely return next time in Fernandina Beach.

Check in process is nerve racking. Felt like we were trying to “get away” with something. We were coming in for a wedding and were told we could not even have people drop by if they were not on the rental agreement, really created a stressful situation and paranoia. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING from the apartment upstairs at all hours. Insulation is nearly non existent from road noise and upstairs tenants, so just be prepared. Lastly read the details check out is 10am, very early for a VRBO and again just created an extra stress for what should have been a delightful weekend of memories at the beach with family and friends.
