We had an excellent stay. Quirky and fun- the mermaid house lives up to its name! The pool area/tiki bar was a wonderful place to hang out after some beach time - beach access across the street. We were within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and were able to bike to fort clinch park and into downtown. We had our 3 adult children and space was perfect. I think more than 6 would feel a little cramped. The mermaid house was very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with just about anything you need. Great communication from property manager who checked in on us a few times.

We could have not been more happier to have our RN reunion here. Management VERY responsive. The house was so well curated and unique. Comfy beds, all amenities you could want. The pool area and pool house were fantastic. Literally steps from the beach/ocean view. We WILL be back!
