Beautiful house, 4 minutes fromThe beach!! It had 8 beach chairs and some umbrellas, too! The house is beautifully decorated with lots of places to sit and relax. I would definitely rent again

Loved this vacation spot. Quick walk to the beach!

Our family of 4 (husband, myself and two adult daughters) stayed very comfortably in this home. The location was super. There is a bit of a walk to the beach access (#5) and must cross busy Fletcher Ave., but it was a really wonderful and quiet spot to enjoy the waves, sunshine and beautiful Fernandina Beach. The home itself was delightful. It was clean and decorated nicely, all beds were comfy and kitchen set-up was convenient and open. It had plenty of appliances, cookware and eating utensils. It was nice to have bicycles and beach gear available and we used the charcoal grill a few times. The proximity to restaurants and to the historic downtown and its fun shops was nice and most within a 10 minute drive. Definitely would recommend for any kind of small group to stay.

The property location was great, across the street from the beach and a short drive to downtown! The common area was fantastic for us, lots of space for everyone to spread out! However, the no door on the Master Bathroom is odd, and awkward. There should be a door there. Also, we had 5 adults (mostly female) sharing the other two rooms and only one bathroom, which was difficult. It would be fantastic if there was another bathroom or powder-room. Maybe even additional mirrors to use in the bedrooms or hallways for makeup. (Just an idea from our group;))The place was clean, and the garage with laundry and ping pong was nice :) We had a nice visit together and absolutely love Amelia Island!
