First time booking on vrbo and expectations for future bookings is set very high. I booked this condo based on the pictures and high ratings. This condo was so much better in person. The big balcony with the gulf view was amazing. The sound of the ocean at night felt as if we were literally on the beach. The resort is super clean and quiet. Pool was never crowded. The beach chairs and umbrella were included, which made the beach experience amazing. They even sell snowcones at the chair check in. I have been on many beach vacations and this is literally in my number one spot on my list. Alan quickly responded to the many questions I had as a first timer. We will definitely be back.

We had another great stay at The Crescent! The welcome kit was great and the unit had great starters for all our needs. We will return! Alan was great!

We had a wonderful stay - the condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations. Alan was a great host and had very quick communication. The unit had the perfect beach view, the beach service was such a perk, and the pool is huge! We enjoyed that the smaller kids pool was heated for our toddler as well. We will definitely be returning!

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo! My husband, our 4 young kids and myself spent 10 days here and it was amazing. The location is great, right around the corner from whatever you need. Saw dolphins from our balcony most mornings. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. If we come to Destin again next year, we will definitely be staying here. Alan was so great to work with. Got back to us with any questions we had before leaving and when we were there. Just an overall wonderful trip!
