Reviewer Comments:
I swore I already reviewed this but I’ll do it again. The condo itself was fine. No issues with my room. But the pool was hot as **** when every other condominiums pools next to y’all were not. Big let down. The rules for your chair rentals went from first come first serve to reservations first without warning. No one ever offered us a chance to reserve chairs. Your system for letting us know the room is ready is a joke. You don’t text when it’s ready, you only text if there’s a delay. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen, and there’s no way you can’t communicate with your cleaning crews to notify us when we can enter our room. We bring food in coolers and it all **** near melted. Your elevators are busted from the tiles all the way up to the lights. You have loose wires hanging off of the fire suppression system in your garage that I’m sure a fire marshal would have a field day with. I’ve stayed there twice before in my life. But I doubt I’ll come back to the crescent. And I definitely won’t use blue swell anymore.
