The place was clean and perfect for our little family. It was nice also having a gym on Property.

My partner and I stayed at this beach condo for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed our visit. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the location was excellent. We were close to several attractions, including Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch, South Carlsbad State Beach, LEGOLAND California Resort, and the main village area with plenty of coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. We even got to enjoy a weekend night market, which was a fun bonus.The only two minor cons were that my allergies flared up while in the room, possibly due to some dust buildup, and the shower knob appears to be reversed, with cold set to hot and hot set to cold, which caught me off guard a couple of times.Those were very small issues in the bigger picture. The property is well maintained, the neighbors were friendly, the beach access is incredibly convenient, and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. We would happily stay again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Great location. Right next to the beach. Friendly staff. Good gym. Very clean. My family had a wonderful time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable, but old. You could hear neighbors coming and going and a child started running around in the condo above about 6:30 am each day, which woke us up before we wanted to get up.
