Location, location!!....the grounds are absolutely stunning. The unit was most definitely very well supplied with all that was needed. Beach towels, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, potholders, dish towels, silverware, wine opener, scissors, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, serving bowls, baking sheet, glass baking...the list goes on! 2 Beach chairs, Beach umbrella. There is a collapsable small rolling cart for small items. Also, we saw a pack and play in a bag in the closet as well. The murphy bed worked just great for our daughter, her only complaint - it is very firm, if you like it softer, bring some padding to sleep on. Main bedroom mattress was great!Minor fixes: hole/indentation in living room wall at check in and refrigerator water filter needed replacement, we let management know and they ordered new filter for unit and plan on replacing. complaint, unit was NOT cleaned well at all. Dirty Counters in kitchen and bathroom, definitely not wiped down, crumbs and grime on counters. Refrigerator had dried food and clumps of hardened food on door handles, outside of fridge, like something had spilled. We cleaned it all after we arrived and unloaded. We did let management know when we talked about the water filter in fridge. just so they knew for future bookings. Via text, They offered to come clean it, but we had it already taken care of via and we responded back, No need to come clean.

This was a great stay. The host was informative and made the arrival seamless. Our apartment was well furnished and a nicely stocked kitchen. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Loved the grounds and swimming pools. The walks on the beach were wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach, nice condo, and close to lots of restaurants/downtown. Only thing is it’s not the place to stay if you plan on cooking a feast. Limited cooking supplies, dinnerware, and utensils.
