Nada

La situation géographique, le personnel, la place de parking fermée, la superficie et la hauteur sous plafond. Appartement très lumineux avec terrasse sur jardin.

Appartement vieillissant et humide. Éclairage compliqué.

Location, balcony, nice furniture. Well stocked. God air con. Comfortable beds

Pillows were hard. 3rd bedroom is tiny. With 2 single beds in there it’s a very tight squeeze.

I liked the location of the facility.

Other than security, I did not meet any other staff. There was no cleaning material available, other than a broom and a bucket we found. The main room toilet and shower had no privacy as there was no door. Also, the toilet was not working properly. I had to keep on fixing the flushing mechanism. The toilet cistin at times would not fill. Whilst we were expected to keep the place clean, there was no mop or cleaning cloth available. Having a staff member coming through to check on us would of been good as we would then be able to explain and ask about our concerns.
