The location was perfect near everything

Overall, the trip was enjoyable, but there was one experience at the pool that left me feeling very uncomfortable and almost ruined the stay for me. When my children arrived at the pool, there were several white children already swimming, playing and enjoying themselves. Shortly after my children entered the pool area, the other parents took their children out of the pool. I cannot say with certainty what their reasons were, but the timing and the way it happened made me feel as though there was something wrong with my children or that they were not welcome there. I normally do not pay much attention to racial issues or immediately assume that someone's behaviour is racially motivated, but on that particular day, I genuinely felt uncomfortable and hurt by what I witnessed. As a parent, it was especially difficult because it involved my children, who simply wanted to swim, play and enjoy their holiday like every other child. I am not blaming the hotel directly for the actions of other guests, but I felt this experience was important to mention because every family should be able to enjoy their stay and feel equally welcome, regardless of race.

Bien situado, espacioso, comodo, limpio. Nos facilitaron todo acceso, necesidades, escursiones. Ademas el recinto cuenta con lavadora que lo agradecimos mucho.

Faltaban cosas basicas de cocina, como sal, cafe.

The location was perfect. Loved that it was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The unit was in a safe, tidy, well-run complex. Security were friendly and always courteous.
