It was close to everything we needed while in Winter Haven, the back porch was extremely peaceful watching the sunrise & sunset!

Exceptionally clean in the perfect location for my Spouse she love the view of the lake.

I have no dislikes about the property everything were perfect.

Very quiet and spacious

Too many cameras

The house is very nice on the inside and the lake is lovely. The beds are comfortable and the chair in the living room is a massage chair.

The master bedroom was not built correctly, so there is only 1 air vent, and the ac is not powerful enough to cool the room. It was so hot, and the AC kept reverting back to 78 degrees no matter how many times we turned it down. The house is not in the safest part of Winter Haven, the owner reassured me it was safe due to the cameras around the house but all the cars slowing down to the neighbors and the thumping music is a little scary to a family with two small children. We decided to leave early and left before the owner could fix the AC issue due to feeling uneasy about the neighborhood and not wanting to sleep hot again after being out of the house all day in the sun. Left the house set at 70 came back to it 78 degrees.
