Great location, well appointed, very clean and a lovely host who was very helpful with all our questions.

A very nice, modern, and well equipped ground floor Apartment. Kitchenette has everything you need (but you need to eat out anyway as Orvieto has some lovely places to eat). Communication with the hosts was excellent and they helped us navigate into town. Wifi and a Smart TV for people how need to stay connected. The location is in one of the oldest parts of town with a 12th century church & stunning views a minute walk out of the front door. To avoid the ZTL head for the Porta Romana entrance to town. You can drive to the flat and park long enough to bag drop. I would recommend parking in Campo Della Fiero. 12 euros for 24 hours and there are lifts / escalators from the car park to the town with the apartment a 5 - 10 minute walk. plenty of small Pam Local supermarkets if you need them. Orvieto is a beautiful place. I really recommend a wine tour to Cantine Neri. friendly tour guide & a lovely lunch with even better Wine (book directly or through Get Your Guide & they will pick up and drop off from your location). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

The floor on the Mezzanine (or the Bed) was a bit creaky. And the wifi gave out on our last day.. but they are really small issues. Dont let that put you off..

Nice quiet location, very responsive Host and we appreciated all the recommendations she gave us. The room was comfortable, air conditioning was appreciated and the area was very quiet.
