Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, which were absolutely tasty!

Such a lovely little guesthouse perfect for a visit to Borjomi. The staff was amazing, they even picked us up at the bus station and helped with onward travel. They have a nice grassy front yard, perfect to sit out in during the day. The room was very comfortable. We could walk 500m down the road to find a good restaurant and the bridge over the river and town center is also right down the street. So perfect location between the town center and the historic Central Park. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet spot, good room with comfortable bed, nice shower, plus a small kitchen with kettle and basic cooking facilities. Smiling host met us at the gate and, using google translate, confirmed breakfast time (breakfast was very good) and gave us local information. Safe parking.
Everything was fine
