The staff on site were extremely helpful with all our questions about the area! The breakfast was top notch and tons of food to choose from, we left with our bellies full every morning. Great location right on the river for a calming atmosphere and very close to all the shops and restaurants near Borjomi central park.
The room we stayed in had a few aesthetically displeasing features, as it looked like numerous repairs had been done recently, borders on the walls/ceiling were missing, the shower curtain was stained and the toilet was extremely high off the ground, be wary if you're a shorty like me! The bathroom was also quite small. Besides being a little rough around the edges, the place was very well kept.
