Just a great French style one to stay in. Friendly staff and very attentive to our needs. Lift was old fashioned where you could see out through glass and when going up floor levels, quite fascinating to use. Our rooms were large and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom with lots of towels given. Breakfast was more than adequate. Furniture was of quality.

Breakfast was not included, however it was not a problem as we had very early ferry. premium location, right in the city center,close to the shops,restaurants, ferry.Despite high traffic it was really quiet at night and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they let us into the car park very early and answered all questions.

information about the fact that you need to book your car park in advance should be more clear, we were lucky, there were enough spaces but if there werent any you need to know that find parking space around on the street is practically impossible. The hotel is absolutely amazing, no issues whatsoever.

The breakfast was very good, as was the location.

The room was much smaller than the pictures depicted. We were supposed to get a City View room but on a scale of 1-10, the view was a minus 10; a deep, elevator-like shaft down to the outdoor workings of the hotel. The response we received when we questioned the staff about our expected city-view was: "if you had a room with a view there would be street noise."
