Mark and Mandy were both friendly and helpful. Great location just 10min walk from Cowes. Excellent decor and bed (I stayed in the converted attic space - the Steephill Room). The breakfast was amazing!
The stairs up to the attic level were very steep (hence the name) which was a bit challenging with my suitcase, but that can’t be helped! It’s a converted space! Just be prepared for that, or pack less!

Beautiful home, really clean, excellent facilities & great location! Mandy & Mark were so welcoming, really appreciated their suggestions on things to do & recommendations of restaurants!

Mandy and Mark were fabulous hosts. This is our new place to stay in Cowes. We highly recommend Holly Tree House to visitors to the island wether on holiday or business. Already looking forward to staying here again.
