Kampala Serena Hotel

The hotel is located at a suitable location just 5 - 10 minutes away from the city center and within a stone throw of most of the nice places, malls and amenities. The room was very clean and thought out - I appreciated that they even offered a loofah for showering unlike most hotels. The shower water pressure was great, amenities were great and the TV had a great show selection for when you would want to relax by watching something. Their breakfast selection was superb and the quality of the food was great! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels and entire room was very clean. Not to mention the balcony which offered a great place to unwind as you watch the greenery in the compound. The airport pickup and drop off was seamless and I am very happy to have selected this add on to my package I really enjoyed myself.

The WiFi in the room was a bit unstable but it was mostly okay. For the room I occupied, the toilet was a bit cramped in the corner. The bed pillows were abit worn out but they seemed to offer a mix of firm and soft pillows. Other than that everything else was superb
