Serena is expensive but it’s a great spot to “land” when you come to Kampala. The grounds are fantastic, the pool is excellent, and the service is great. Centrally located, high security - a great place to stay when you’re in Kampala.

The food is another highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to a very high standard. The swimming pool is spotless, well maintained, and provides a wonderful place to relax. Every member of staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
