Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre West Edmonton

It was comfortable

The friendly staff. Excellent service

Good location especially if you are driving.

My stay left me feeling good. I gave 5 stars because the front desk staff was very good. This is an older hotel that is going through some renovations. Once complete I’m sure it will be great. My room had been renovated but wasn’t complete. I was given a room that I didn’t book (queen with kitchen), I booked a king room. It was clean and the bed was fine. New appliances looked nice and everything was very clean. The staff refunded me a portion of my night cost so that was awesome. They did it without me asking, I just went to inquire if I was given the wrong room by mistake. It was already a great price so I wasn’t expecting anything. All that said I wish they would have advertised it was under renovation. I wouldn’t have been surprised. I will be looking for this property in the future as long as the price continues to reflect the stage of renovation it’s in. There is plenty of parking and food options close by.
