Overall the hotel lobby, hallways, rooms, and dining area were clean & well maintained. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great both days we stayed and the menu changes daily. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the facility. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed our room without us asking, even though there are signs that you must request housekeeping.
Of the 5 different hotels we stayed at on our week-long family trip, this was by far the favourite.

Staff was great! Very helpful when had issues with booking through 3rd party. Rented a suite. Clean. Had A/C. Good amount of space. Large entry. Fridge nice and frosty. Beds comfy. Slept well. Pull out bed was already made which was nice surprise. Dont drink coffee but the keurig was nice option for those that do. Sound was good (didnt hear everything in the hotel/other rooms) and was right beside elevator. Bring cash for vending machine. Wish contentenal breakfast was open later but Smittys diner attached good for breakfast.
