8 / 10Doskonały·cze 2026
I’m surprised the ratings for this hotel were a 6. It doesn’t deserve that. This is a very nice hotel with a convenient location near the pyramids and the national museum. The aesthetics are nice and the pool is lovely. The food is excellent however the staff doing room service really needs classes in English. Or change the menu to number options. Everything I ordered via room service was slightly off. I stayed in two rooms over 6 days. The suite is amazing and I highly recommend it. My biggest issue is that both bathrooms I had in each room had a mold build in the tile corners. This should be addressed asap
