The staff were amazing and very helpful at the reception restaurant and especially at the bar

The property and the views to the Giza pyramids are good, the only downside of this is that the room had the ceiling cracked all over the room, so the A/C was not getting cold at all, it always stayed at 24 Celsius in the room.
