The staff at this hotel were excellent! The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, even when we asked for the foosball equipment twice in 1 hour. We requested more towels to our room and they were delivered in less than 15 minutes, wow! The pool was perfect for my grandkids, shallow end for the little and deeper pool for the older more adventurous one. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Even though it was really busy, they kept everything well stocked and available. We would stay here again.

Everything was good. Site is great, with access to walking along the river. There were many more children than expected. I'm not sure if that was associated with an event or convention.
I would recommend.

A very nice hotel that I would recommend to friends if they went to Richland to race or visit.
