Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

The staff was really nice.

When I called in to confirm our reservation I was told we didn't have a reservation so we booked a room and when we got there I had to pay for 2 rooms. I tried to explain what happened and Noone would help me getting the extra room taken away from my bill and then I heard they rented the extra room. How fair is that. That room was paid for twice. I'm really not happy about that. Then on the way home we called to book another room in vancouver and the woman booked it at the wrong address and when we got to the hotel I had asked for it wasn't the one I booked. So again I was charged for 2 rooms. I don't think I'll use your hotel again. I'm very disappointed with the fact that I was charged for 2 rooms twice.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

but overall, my stay was satisfactory

Located conveniently

It’s not particularly scenic, but it was quiet

It looked decently maintained, perhaps on the newer side. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was perfectly adequate for my needs, but not much more. I didn’t care for the location, right off a major Boulevard.
