The staff at the front desk was helpful. The restaurant could have been better with customer service. I only ate there once. It was difficult to order and pay for the meal and it was not because others were eating. Not enough wait staff.

Great stay. Lots of rain on our second day in Salem. We visited a lot of destinations in Salem. Came back Saturday and enjoyed the hot tub, drinks, and dinner at the bar during the storms.
