La Quinta by Wyndham Boston-Andover

Friendly, helpful staff

Pool wasn’t open

The staff were very exceptional especially Chad, Cindy and Jose ☺️

Loved everything

The breakfast was good but the location was excellent

There was a situation that happened prior to check in but they handled everything wonderfully

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold. No one informed me that you had to request housekeeping we came home from being outside seeing all day. No one cleaned the room no fresh towels. Nobody emptied the garbage because the front desk did not tell us we had to request that the first night we were there no TV we had to wait a half hour only to find out the remote control was not working we also the first night had no Netflix there was issues with the Netflix in the whole building.
