Great location. Breakfast was fine.
Check in took forever….the poor gal trying to help seemed completely overwhelmed and almost ready to cry. I realize the demand was high at this time of year, but you would have known the amount of guests that were going to check in. I think you should have had more help so that she didn’t have to face the overwhelming crowd alone. I felt sorry for her, other guests were just aggravated.

From the Manchester airport, it’s about an hour drive. We originally booked this as part of our drive but our plane was cancelled 4 times and we ended up flying in to Boston and had to drive 45 minutes to the hotel- with that being said, the clerk was very understanding and kind when we walked in at 2:00am.
We fell asleep immediately, and had to set the alarm to get up for breakfast 😂
It was a quick stay but comfortable and adaptive to our circumstances.
The bed was comfy and it was clean in our room.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. Also the location was close to a lot of things.
The check in staff was kind of meh. She wasn't very friendly. The pool wasn't available and some areas smelled funny.
