Every single person we encountered were amazing! The free shuttle saved us so much !! Our favorite driver was their night shift driver Melvin!! Such a friendly soul and helped us navigate NYC! Gave us advice on what buses and trains to take to get where we needed to be!!

After a long flight, it was nice to be greeted by the understanding staff member. We arrived much later than we expected but were able to check in quickly and get some sleep before our next flight. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Check out and airport shuttle the next morning was quick.
