Staff were awesome .. efficient and always available.. friendly and respectful..
Room was up graded which was awesome ,
Was clean and quiet …
Loved the 4 pm chocolate hour and the happy hour banter in the bar/ restaurant area ..
The view from the bay windows in the restaurant were awesome whilst having a very hearty breakfast filled with variety not to mention the dinner menu.. ( I recommend the duck ) yum

Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter for her birthday and it was fantastic! Staff are very friendly, room was lovely, food was great. The chocolate hour was a big hit and one of the best buffet breakfasts Iv ever had. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic only thing I would add would be the dinner I had - my steak was
Cooked perfect medium but it was very chewy and not tender at all - I ate the meal but mentioned this to the waiter - something to consider where they get their meet for
