The Marion Hostel

Excellent hostel, best hostel I've ever been to. I wanted to stay here forever. Incredible facilities, free spices, oil, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, milk. Every morning they brew fresh coffee for guests. Amazing variety of new board games, 3 different types of guitars and living room on each floor. Very modern and clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Flo at reception was amazing and made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we walked in. If I ever come back to Wellington, will be staying at the Marion for sure.

the beds are spacious and fully curtained off, so it's like your own private room. towels and individual towel hooks are provided, and there are shoe racks outside the rooms to avoid odor. excellently organized, with thoughtful design

This hostel was super clean with cute and functional facilities. There is a nice sized kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. The bed was actually very comfortable. Great location right next to Cuba Street and not far from bus stops. They have bikes that you can use to get around as well. Super grateful for the staff who helped me out when the airline lost my luggage and had to figure out where to buy my essentials.

The staff was very friendly, in general the hostel was great. The rooms were nice and the shared facilities were well kept. The common areas were enjoyable and I loved how they had name tags for the beds in shared rooms!
